Yoga Workshop, Saturday 28th October
A two-hour yoga workshop, allowing you to take time and deepen your practice. Not that different to a yoga class - just more time to breath, to move and to let go.
Suitable for all levels of yogi (newcomers welcome) we will work through a series of postures and breathing exercises, ending with a meditation and relaxation.
This workshop will be held in the Garden Room, Strathpeffer Pavilion. Please bring a yoga mat, water, blanket and any other props that you like to use.The workshop will run from 10am - 12pm, please arrive anytime from 9.45am to allow everyone to get settled in ready to start at 10am.
